Harriet's Creations has been an incorporated business in the Collierville, Tn. area, since 1999. Specializing in Wedding and Specialty cakes in award winning buttercreams, and fondants, Harriet's designs have won her many Blue Ribbons while competing in the Mid-South Fair Professional Division. Currently, her office is out of her home, and her baking is done off-site at a commercial kitchen. All cakes are booked in advance, and baked to order. Please read the website for all information concerning purchase, pricing, and placing your order. Harriet will design custom cakes for you, or replicate from photos, with a few "Harriet's Creations" changes to enhance the cake. All custom cakes are signed with Harriet's signature logo.
